The government intends to award a sole-source contract to Keysight Technologies, Inc. for software upgrades, technical support, calibration, and repair of a Keysight F8800A PropSim Channel emulator. Performance will take place at building 6007 at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG). The contract is a firm fixed-price type with a 12-month period of performance. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but the government will consider all proposals received.
