The name of the company the Government intends to award a contract to is Arrow Tech Associates, Inc. (CAGE Code: 0BPU2, 1233 Shelburne Road D-7, South Burlington, Vermont, 05403-7700, United States). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation.
