THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES WILL BE UTILIZED: THIS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE THAT WILL CONVERT TO FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION IF NO ACCEPTABLE OFFERS ARE RECEIVED FROM RESPONSIBLE, SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. FOR OFFERS TO BE CONSIDERED ACCEPTABLE, THEY MUST MEET ALL TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED IN THE SOLICITATION AND BE competitive in terms of market prices, quality, and delivery. The MSTB requires Quantity of Four (4) 72-inch x 36-inch workbenches and Quantity of Nine (9) 96-inch x 36-inch workbenches. Each workbench will require additional specifications, which are listed below: The salient characteristics mentioned below are non-negotiable due to the type of materials being utilized and size and weight of equipment. The Government’s minimum requirements are below: Quantity of four (4) 72-inch x 36-inch workbenches Quantity of nine (9) 96-inch x 36-inch workbenches Both types of required workbenches listed above shall meet the following minimum requirements: Black Phenolic work surface Grey cabinetry Custom design with cabinet and shelves (See Attached Dimension Drawing) Individual cabinet and shelf weight capacity of 400 lbs Bench top weight capacity over 1500 lbs Shipping and installation included
