The Government requires the following upgrades and accessories compatible with the Tecan Fluent Liquid Handling Platform: - One (1) 4-position shaking incubator - One (1) 6-position shaking incubator - One (1) set of Robotic Gripper Arms (RGA) fingers with docking station - One (1) 9-position hotel with adjustable shelves - One (1) 5-position hotel with static shelves - Three (3) all-in-one shaking platforms with heating/cooling capabilities - One (1) cold plate for reagent cold storage - One (1) custom deck segment for the integration of all-in-one shaking platform and cold plate - One (1) ring magnet plate for microplates for volumes up to 2 milliliters (mL) and elution 10 microliters (uL) - One (1) ring magnet plate for microplates and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tubes - One (1) vacuum manifold for vacuum-based separations - One (1) installation and integration of all these instruments and adaptors to expand the capabilities of a currently Government-owned Tecan Fluent Liquid Handling Platform - Freight, shipping, and handling to Army Research Lab-South at University of Texas at Austin
