The contractor shall provide one (1) turn-key high-temperature gas humidification system that meets or exceeds the following requirements: • The system shall be capable of humidifying air from one (1) to 100.0 % relative humidity (%RH), with an accuracy of five percent (5%) RH or better. • The system shall be capable of flowing humidified air at temperatures from ambient to 150 degrees Celsius (ºC) or higher, with an accuracy of five degrees Celcius (5ºC) or better. • The system shall be capable of flowing humidified air from one (1) to two (2) Liters per minute or higher, with an accuracy of five percent (5%) of the reading or better. • The system shall produce humidified air at output pressures of nine (9) bar or higher with variable output pressure option with an accuracy of 0.25 bar or better. • The system shall have an external humidity sensor allowing for control of humidity in a separate chamber. • The system shall be capable of accepting compressed air input up to 125 pounds per square inch, actual (psia) through a ¼-inch quick-connect, Swagelok compression fitting, or National Pipe Thread (NPT) connector. • The system shall be capable of accepting deionized water at supply pressures up to 35 psia through a ¼-inch quick-connect, Swagelok compression fitting, or NPT connector. • The system shall output humidified air through a ¼-inch Swagelok compression fitting or NPT connector. • The system shall be capable of remote control and digital output of system settings through a RS232, RS485, or RJ45 connection. • The system shall be mountable with appropriate mounting brackets for laboratory setup
