Sources Sought for concrete repair and restoration services to restore the structural integrity of the pedestrian bridge (FN#0025), in accordance with industry standards and Performance Work Statement. *** Important Information Please Read*** A site visit for this requirement will be held at the Adelphi Laboratory Center (ALC) on 23 June 2021 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time to allow interested vendors access to the area of ALC where the required repairs will be performed. In response to this Sources Sought notice, please confirm whether or not you will be attending the site visit. If you will be attending the site visit, you will need to provide the following information (Form 191, USAG /ALC Access Request) for each person attending by the closing of this Sources Sought Synopsis to ensure access to the installation on the date and time listed above. The site visit is limited to 10 companies with only three (3) maximum people/employees from each company.
