The Contractor shall provide a quantity of one (1) nitrogen generator and purifier system that meets the following requirements: • Provides nitrogen gas of at least 99.999 percent (%) purity at a constant flow of at least two (2) standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM). • System must be wall-mountable with dimension less than: o Length of 120 inches, o Depth of 24 inches, o Height of 50 inches. • System must include a wall-mountable or free-standing receiving storage tank of dimensions less than: o 24 inches diameter, o 72 inches height. • System must produce less than 61 decibels (dB) noise level. • System must function with available, existing facilities of 110-VAC/15-A electrical power and 100 cubic feet per minute (CFM) of oil-free compressed air at 100 pounds per square inch (PSI). • System must include an oxygen sensor. • The contractor shall provide one (1) replacement oxygen sensor. • Sufficient air filter replacements for two (2) years of operation. • Deliver system to U.S. Army Research Laboratory, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. • Provide factory startup assistance. • Warranty of at least 12 months.
