Amendment 0004- The purpose of this amendment is to revise/remove/clarify areas of this solicitation that were inadvertently omitted by the Government, see updated Instructions to Offeror’s. The incorrect Instructions to Offeror's attachment was uploaded on the previous amendment. The correct attachment "B08 - INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS 0003" has been uploaded. Amendment 0003 updates the Instructions to Offerors, in response to the questions submitted, see Questions and Answers (Q&A) document. These final questions were submitted timely and were inadvertently omitted from Amendment 0002. NOTE: A system error caused the number of Amendment 0002 to be updated in the writing system as 0003 on the SF30 document. Therefore, Amendment 0003 is listed as 0004 on the SF30 document. Amendment 0002 updates the appliable Wage Determinations, revises the Draft DD257, updates the PWS, updates the Instructions to Offerors, in response to the questions submitted, see Questions and Answers (Q&A) document. Amendment 0001 attaches the Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ), updates the SF1408 link, and updates the referenced DoD Directive 5205.07, in response to questions submitted, see Questions and Answers (Q&A) document. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Adelphi Contracting Division (ACD) hereby issues solicitation W911QX20R0006 for Experimental Facilities Technician Support Services for the Army Research Laboratory (ARL).
