Objective: To find sources that are qualified to meet the supplies/services as listed in section 11B. Note that the specific requirements in section C are subject to change prior to the release of any solicitation. B. Salient Characteristics The Atmospheric Sensing Branch (FCDD-RLC-ES) within the United States (U.S.) Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Army Research Laboratory (ARL) requires one (1) On-demand Triggerable Pulsed 532 nanometers (nm) Laser that shall meet the following salient characteristics: Q-switched, intra-cavity doubled neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (Nd:YAG) 532 nanometers (nm); Wavelength accuracy must be 532±0.5 nm; >200 microjoule (?J) output energy per pulse at 10 kilohertz (kHz); <15 nanoseconds (ns) pulse width; Laser beam spatial profile is in the lowest transverse electromagnetic mode (TEM00); Beam Size: <1 mm; Beam Divergence (Full angle): <1.2 milliradians (mrad); Pulse energy Stability <2% from pulse to pulse; Able to be triggered externally, and the laser pulse has an optical output within 50 ns after received an electronic input trigger, and the pulse-to-pulse time jittering must be less than 50 ns. Pulse repetition frequency or external trigger frequency can be from single shot to 60 kHz; and Single pulse energy detection Delivery: 6 weeks After Receipt of Order (ARO) Include cost of shipping and warranty within official quote.
