This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. INTENT TO SOLICIT ONLY ONE SOURCE The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government is soliciting and negotiating with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation. The Contractor shall perform four (4) scheduled maintenance visits per Period of Performance (PoP), as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). CLIN 0002: Preventive and Corrective Maintenance for Heidelberg DWL2000 Freeform Laser Lithography System (Serial Number: 541). The Contractor shall perform two (2) scheduled maintenance visits per PoP, as described in the attached PWS. CLIN 0003: Contractor Manpower Reporting. ACCOUNTING FOR CONTRACT SERVICES REQUIREMENT - ENTERPRISE-WIDE CONTRACTOR MANPOWER REPORTING APPLICATION (CMRA), is included herein; the Contractor is required to provide data on Contractor manpower (including subcontractor manpower) for performance of this contract, in accordance with Local Instructions located in the Local Clauses section of the contract.
