This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract action for supplies for which the Government is soliciting and negotiating with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
