A. Objective: To find sources that are qualified to meet the supplies/services as listed in section 11B. Note that the specific requirements in section B are subject to change prior to the release of any solicitation. B. the Contractor shall provide one (1) piece-part holder and two (2) process dry pumps with the following characteristics which are necessary to fit existing equipment: B.1 Piece-Part Holder Characteristics B.1.1 The piece parts holder shall be manufactured by Raith America, Inc. and meet specifications and materials for operation with a Raith EBPG5000+ electron beam lithography system. B.1.2 The piece parts holder shall possess a two (2) inch x two (2) inch table configured for piece parts. B.1.3 The piece parts holder shall accommodate a substrate zero (0) to two (2) millimeter thick. B.1.4 The part number of the piece parts holder shall match B701104. B.2 Dry Pump Characteristics B.2.1 The dry mechanical pumps shall be manufactured by Ebara Technologies, Inc. and meet specification and materials for operation with standard semiconductor processing systems in a cleanroom environment. B.2.2 The dry mechanical pumps shall possess a pumping speed of 2000 liter per minute (L/min) and be designed to operate under harsh environments including corrosive and oxidizing gases. B.2.3 The dry pumps shall be powered electrically by 200-220 volts (VAC), 50-50 Hertz (Hz), and three phases. B.2.4 The part number of these pumps shall match 202093. B.3 General Qualifications The Contractor shall ensure that the wet bench meets the following qualifications: B.3.1 The system shall meet current industry standard requirements for safety as regulated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and National Electrical Code (NEC) including the use of EMO (Emergency Off) panic buttons, shielding and interlocks for hazardous areas including high voltages, and moving parts. B.3.2 The system shall have signage denoting the hazards present. B.3.3 The Contractor shall provide all electrical components based on voltages, frequency and currents used in the United States of America which include 120, 208, 240, and 480 Volts. B.4 Exchange of Property B.4.1 The government shall consider contractors for a trade in during solicitation of one (1) UV ellipsometer, wafer level. Model number 1280SE. C. (II) Include your type of business (i.e. commercial, academia), whether your organization is classified as a large or small business based on the 1,000 employee size standard that accompanies NAICS code 334516. (III) Past experience/ performance through the description of completed projects.
