The Contractor shall provide one (1) Cellaca MX High-throughput high speed cell counting system that has the following minimum specifications, or equivalent: The device shall be capable of processing 24 samples in three (3) minutes or less. Shall not require cleaning in the counting workflow. Shall not generate liquid waste. Shall require a sample size no greater than 50 microliters (µL). Shall be capable of analyzing cells from 5 to 80 micrometers (µm). Shall have the capacity to accommodate a large cell concentration range (~105 to 107 cell per milliliter). Shall have disposable cell sample plates that can accommodate up to 24 samples. Shall use dual fluorescence imaging for live/dead characterization. Shall have dimensions not to exceed: 13 inches x 13 inches x 16 inches. Shall weigh 50 pounds (lbs.) or less. Shall include on-site installation and training on Cellaca MX High-throughput system. Shall include monthly service and technical/customer support for required system configurations. Shall be delivered to 2800 Powder Mill Road, Bldg. #102, Adelphi, MD 20783.
