The Government requires one (1) Helium (He) Leak Detector that meets the following minimum requirements: Shall be portable, self-contained, and shall occupy a footprint no larger than 65 cm × 45 centimeters (cm) in order to be utilized in any position around the Government owned Pelletron ion accelerator. Shall be able to detect He at levels as low as 5E-12 millibar-liter per second. The unit shall contain a built-in roughing vacuum pump of the scroll type and a built-in turbo pump.
