The name of the company the Government intends to award a contract to is Hubner Photonics Inc. located at 2635 N First ST STE 202, San Jose, California, 95134-2044. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation.
