The United States Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The required customized DAC system must be compatible with existing systems currently owned by the Government. The required system is designed with compatible National Instruments equipment and control software that will allow existing components to interface in all aspects of fit, form and function due to proprietary information of capabilities and control algorithms. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Vieletech, Inc., located at 913 Splendor Pt, Florissant, CO 80816. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
