The Contractor shall provide a minimum of five (5) kilograms (kg) and maximum of 25kg of drawn unidirectional, high performance ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) film with the following properties: - Greater than 25 grams/denier tenacity. - Thickness of 5-75 microns, with less than 10 percent (%) variation. - Films shall be at least 150 millimeter (mm) wide and at least 175 mm wide and not vary by more than plus or minus (+/-) five (5) mm in width. - Film shall be provided on a continuous, unidirectional roll(s) with no adhesive layer and at least 25 meters (m) long.
