(Channels is not really the terminology we use for the system.) It should have two incoming signals. One for the camera vial Camera-Link, and one for IRIG-B. Q2: Are all channels video or do you have analog channels as well? A2: Technically the signal from the camera (video) is an analog signal and does not get digitized until it gets to the frame-grabber. IRIG-B is also an analog system until the signal is processed. So technically speaking, all incoming signals are analog until they are processed. Q3: What sample rate is needed? A3: The Salient document states that the requirement is up to 475 frames per second for the camera. An item-by-item comparison of each offer to one another will be performed to determine which offer provides the most benefit to the government. Award will be made to the offer that is most advantageous to the Government.
