Description: The United States Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements based on compatibility, user familiarity, infrastructure, and proprietary requirements. However, this notice does function as a Request for Information (RFI) for offeror's who believe they can meet the Government's requirement (see Section 9 below). Any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. 9. Requirement: Must meet and perform to all capabilities of the components listed in Section 8, to include capability with existing systems and infrastructure. This encompasses the full range multiband radio frequency with High Performance Waveform (HPW) and Advanced Networking Wideband Waveforms (ANW2).
