The Contractor shall provide quantity one (1) pressure mapping system with sensors that can measure consolidation pressures of at least 3000 pounds per square inch (psi) under high temperature conditions of at least (~300 Fahrenheit (F)) that meets the following requirements: • Shall use thin (0.1 mm thick), flexible pressure sensors of varying sizes (and customizable) to fit inside of a helmet mold • Shall be capable of sensing pressures of at least 3000 psi under high temperature conditions (at least 300°C) without degradation • Shall be based on reusable sensors • Shall provide real-time in situ pressure measurement during consolidation • Shall be able to read multiple sensor arrays simultaneously • Shall use software for visualization of pressure maps and be capable of exporting full-field pressure map data to typical file types (ascii, matlab etc) • Shall include on-site training and customer service support
