**Important Notice to All Interested Parties: This is a presolicitation notice. Further information and a complete copy of any referenced specifications will not be made available until the solicitation is released to the public, on or around the estimated date listed below.** One (1) New Induction Furnace System per Watervliet Arsenal Manufacturing Engineering Work Group Specification # 01-22-3424, Revision dated 27 June 2022. Note: This action will result in a sole source procurement with Ajax Tocco Magnethermic Corporation. Delivery Point: FOB Destination Delivery: 365 Days After Date of Contract, or Better Estimated Date of Solicitation Release: 1 February 2023 SAM Notice: In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications. Location of Posted Solicitation: This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on SAM.gov Opportunities website at https://sam.gov/content/home and will be listed under Army Contracting Command ACC-WVA (ACC-WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder’s mailing list.
