The contractor will provide all labor, travel, equipment, and materials, and 100% payment and performance bonds are required. The work will be performed at Watervliet Arsenal, 1 Buffington St., Watervliet, NY. A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., with Real ID-compliant identification and 24-hour advance coordination required for gate access. The applicable wage determination (NY2) is incorporated into the contract.
