Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a total small business set-aside contract for basic roof inspections and preventative maintenance at the Watervliet Arsenal. The contract is for a base period plus two option years and will be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. The work is to be performed at the Watervliet Arsenal. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 18 March 2026. The Service Contract Labor Standards apply.
