The Watervliet Arsenal is selling approximately 700,000 lbs. of DEMIL Tubes "as is" on a per-pound basis, with the actual weight subject to variation. The successful contractor must pay the entire sale price via pay.gov within 5 days of receiving an invoice and before any scrap removal. Performance of services will take place at the Watervliet Arsenal, where the contractor must provide 8-10 reinforced, lidded dumpsters and accommodate at least two dumpster swaps weekly. The contractor is responsible for all freight costs and shipping losses, and removal scheduling will be determined after award. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Monday, 8 June 2026.
