**Important Notice to All Interested Parties: This is a presolicitation notice. Further information and technical data will not be made available until the solicitation is released to public, on or around the estimated date listed below. First Article Testing is Required Quantity 55 Each Delivery Point: FOB Destination Estimated Date of Solicitation: June 6/5/2024 SAM Notice: In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications. This proposed contract is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. Location of Posted Solicitation: This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on SAM.gov Opportunities website at https://sam.gov/content/home and will be listed under Army Contracting Command ACC-WVA (ACC-WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder’s mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. Technical Data Package: Instructions will be available in the solicitation on how to access the associated technical data package. Critical Military Technical Data: The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, have an active DD2345 and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document and technical data. To obtain certification, contact the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) at 800.352.3572 or http://www.dlis.dla.mil/ccal. Requests for technical data from foreign sources or representatives (other than Canada) will not be considered. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
