Solicitation for machine cleaning services at the Watervliet Arsenal through an IDIQ contract. To cover the cost of all labor, material, equipment, facilities, supervision and all related costs to clean conventional and numerical control machine tools (i.e. lathes, hones, guide bores, milling centers, and grinders) at Watervliet Arsenal in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The list of machines is also attached and identifies all machines possibly in need of cleaning through the life of the contract. These machines are broken down into six size categories: Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, 2X, and 3X. Machines will be moved or new machines with the same name and dimension may be added with agreement of both parties. Offerors also to provide a cost per square foot of cleaning machine foundations. Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination No. 2015-4143 Latest Revision will apply and incorporated to each delivery order. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business.
