*'Important Notice to All Interested Parties: This is a presolicitation notice. Further information and a complete copy of any referenced specifications will not be made available until the solicitation is released to the public, on or around the estimated date listed below.•• This procurement is for a variety of Fowler Quality Control Equipment per WVA Specification #21-23-5220 or Equal. Delivery Point: FOB Destination Delivery: 180 Days After Date of Contract, or Better Estimated Date of Solicitation Release: 13 December 2023 SAM Notice: In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications. Location of Posted Solicitation: This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on SAM.gov Opportunities website at https://sam.gov/content/home and will be listed under Army Contracting Command ACC-WVA (ACC-WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer non responsive and result in the rejection of same. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
