All work will occur at Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet, NY 12189-4000 Quantity: This solicitation contains a provisions for four seperate and distinct crane upgrades. Unit of Issue: 4 Lots Destination information: F.O.B. Destination Delivery: 120 Days After Date of Contract Estimated issue date of solicitation is Thursday, 1 September 2022. At this time, the performance work scopes will be made available, as well as the solicitation. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.sam.gov and will be listed under Army Contracting Command ACC-Watervliet Arsenal (ACC-WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder’s mailing list.
