SAM Notice: In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications. Location of Posted Solicitation: This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website at https://sam.gov and will be listed under Army Contracting Command ACC-WVA (ACC-WVA).
