Provide services to fulfill Watervliet Arsenal requirements for a responsible level 3 in the non-destructive discipline of Eddy. Contractor shall be ASNT certified Level III to act as WVA’s responsible Level III and Level III certified in the Non Destructive discipline of Eddy Current. Will perform the calibration of the two Et machines yearly, oversee the WVA’s ET certification program to ensure the requirements are met for the ET testing of all mortars, 120mm and 60mm mortar system, they will develop and write procedures for the ET testing of each mortar system and be familiar with the WVA’s Et hardware and software or similar, be able to set up new ET programs for upcoming work, provide technical support by telephone or email as needed and allow one site visit per year for annual NAS410 personnel performance evaluations.
