Delivery Point: FOB Destination Delivery: 540 Days After Delivery of Contract, or Better Estimated Date of Solicitation: 15 Oct 2021. SAM Notice: In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications. Location of Posted Solicitation: This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the SAM.gov Opportunities website at https://www.sam.gov and will be listed under Army Contracting Command ACC-WVA (ACC-WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
