The Government is seeking to procure support services for the Blue Arc™ for Bulk Material Removals for Cannon Rough Machining, as well as training and a technology demonstrator to prove out the process. Quantity: 1 Unit of Issue: Lot Destination information: F.O.B. Destination Delivery: One year after date of award Estimated issue date of solicitation: 2/18/2021 The procurement will be sole source with General Electric, Schenectady, NY due to proprietary rights to technology. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.beta.sam.gov and will be listed under Army Contracting Command ACC-Watervliet Arsenal (ACC-WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder’s mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
