To cover the cost To cover the costs of tools, materials, supplies, equipment, labor, temporary utilities, facilities, supervision and related costs to provide asbestos project monitoring and air sample analysis services for Public Works Division projects which disturb asbestos containing materials (ACM) at Watervliet Arsenal in accordance with the Performance Work Statement # 21PW012 incorporated. Abatement Monitoring projects to be furnished in accordance with the schedule of any Delivery Order(s) issued pursuant to the provisions of this IDIQ. Funds to be set forth and obligated in individual Delivery Orders issued hereunder. Wage Determination WD 96-223 latest revision applies and is incorporated. The Government intends to contract for this service for a three year ordering period, in which task orders for the monitoring will be used through the low offeror.
