PM Tasks: The contractor shall: Complete chassis service 2.1.1 Changing engine oil and filters, fuel filters, coolant filters, grease and lube pump, chassis driveline, lube all doors and reels. 2.1.2 Complete160 point inspection 2.1.3 Chassis inspection with reports. 2.1.4 Brake adjustment, tire pressure checked and re-torque wheels. 2.1.5 Test drive and post trip inspection. 2.1.6 Additional filters inspected, and department advised as to condition 2.1.7 Change Air Filter if needed Complete Automatic Transmission Service 2.2.1 Includes transmission filter and any oil lost during filter replacement 2.2.2 Drain and refill transmission fluid if required 2.3 Complete Pump Service 2.3.1 Inspect pump, valves, drains and inlet screens 2.3.2 Change transfer case fluid, adjust pump packing’s, lubricate valves and levers, check oil 2.3.3 Level bearing lubricator (Hale Pump Only) 2.3.4 Operate pump and recirculate at 150 psi and inspect pump packing’s for proper adjustment 2.3.5 Test system relief valve and / or electronic Vernier throttle. Inspect all gauges and fluid levels 2.3.6 Inspect foam system (if so equipped) 2.4 Diesel or Hydraulic Generator Service 2.4.1 Includes engine oil, engine oil filter and fuel filter. (air filter additional 2.5 TAK 4 Independent Suspension Inspection (Front Axle) (If Required) 2.6 Complete Annual Aerial Service 2.6.1 Service includes clean and lube slide-ways, guide pads, waterways and lift cables. 2.6.2 Grease all pivot points and swing bearing. 2.6.3 Clean and lube outriggers and manual hydraulic levers and overrides. 2.6.4 Visual inspection, check and top off aerial hydraulic fluid. 2.6.5 Adjust guide pads and cables. 2.6.6 Operate ladder to ensure proper operation of safety’s and overrides 2.7 Foam System Service 2.7.1 Change filter (if equipped) 2.7.2 Inspect and clean foam and water strainers (if equipped) 2.7.3 Check oil level and add if needed 2.7.4 Any system testing will have to be completed at customer’s location and is not included in this price. (WV082 and WV081) 1.0 Purpose: Convert WV082 overhead air conditioner unit to a gravity fed drainage system. PM Tasks: The contractor shall: Remove drain covers. Remove drain pans. Remove pumps. Epoxy in fittings where float switches are currently located. 2.5 Reinstall drain pans. Cut notches into the lower evaporator cover assemblies 2.7 Mock up route and cut hose to proper lengths then attach to fittings in the drain pans. Reinstall covers and route thru notches. Drill holes in lower B-pillars. Remove wire covers from both front door thresholds and drill holes to route hoses. Ensure proper fit of fabricated parts, install and reinstall wire covers. Install air restrictors into ends of drain hoses and test operation. 3.0 Remove and replace 120 VAC spot light bulb at the end of the ladder (passenger side). 4.0 Replace steel 500 gallon water tank on WV081 Fire Engine 4.1 Remove current steel water tank. 4.2 Clean steel cradle and add additional support structure based on UPF manufacturing recommendations. 4.3 Prime and paint cradle. 4.4 Install new rubber insulating material. 4.5 Remove and clean plumbing fittings and hardware from old tank. 4.6 Install new poly UPF tank. 4.7 Check the operation of water tank.
