Contractor will be responsible for the following labor, testing, freight and costs associated with hydrostatic testing and Recharge of Fire Extinguishers on Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet, NY 12189-40... Contractor will be responsible for the following labor, testing, freight and costs associated with hydrostatic testing and Recharge of Fire Extinguishers on Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet, NY 12189-4000. -Watervliet Arsenal currently has approximant 296 each ABC 20Lbs. Fire Extinguishers, Compressed Nitrogen in need of this service and approximant 10 pressurized water extinguishers. -Contractor will conduct hydrostatic testing, recharging and maintenance to the NFPA 10 standard for all of the Fire Extinguishers. -Contractor will come to one central location on Watervliet Arsenal for the pickup and transport of all the Fire Extinguisher deemed to be tested. This may be done in interval amounts deemed by the Watervliet Arsenal so that there is no loss in protection. -All serial tags and numbers allowing the Fire Extinguisher to be identified by the Watervliet Arsenal will remain intact, as to allow Government employees to reinstall the Fire Extinguishers when test is completed. -Once tested, recharged and or repaired, contractor will provide test results for the fire extinguishers, as well as certification of the testing, including the date and pass or fail results. Also maintain records of the inventory of all the Fire Extinguishers tested and serviced and be able to provide records upon request. Return all fire extinguishers to the Watervliet Arsenal.
