Solicitation of services to provide the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counseling and referral services to all eligible employees and their families at the Watervliet Arsenal, per Statement of Work. Individuals eligible for services provided by the contractor include the employees working for the Watervliet Arsenal and its tenant organizations, Benet Laboratories, Army Contracting Command – Warren (ACC-WRN) (WVA), the US Army Health Clinic, US Army Medical Services Command, Medical Department Activity and the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center and their families. Corresponding contract will be for one (1) base year with one (1) option year. This is a sole source procurement with Human Resource Associates, Albany, NY, however, all responsible proposals will be considered.
