The UTSH3 is used to perform full functional testing on three critical tank components, Per Scope of Work. Destination Information: F.O.B. Origin Noncompetitive Procurement: This acquisition will be conducted as a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-4, with Marvin Engineering Co,. Inc. of Inglewood, CA. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. SAM Notice: In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued.
