To provide all labor, material, parts and equipment to update the finishes in rooms 13-17 of building 35. This includes; installing new floor tile in rooms 13, 14, 15, and 17, installing a new drop ceiling in rooms 13, 14, and 15, and painting the walls and doors per Scope of Work # 20PW006. Also included in the scope of work is building a proper wall on the south side of room 14 near the door. The flooring replacement is all asbestos containing material and shall be abated through removal. Wage Determination General Decision Number: NY2 latest revision applies and will be incorporated at time of award. Magnitude of this Project between $100,000 and $250,000.
