Solicitation of services to provide maintenance, support, repair and software updates to Oxford Instruments X-Max 80 EDS per the Statement of Work. Contractor shall provide maintenance service to include 1 PM per year, calibration to factory specifications, OEM replacement parts, as available, labor, materials, repairs, support, and software updates where necessary on the following items: X-Max-80 (S/N 64270), AZtec, x-Stream2. Contractor shall respond to service call(s) within one day after being notified of equipment problem or failure. Corresponding contract will be for one (1) base year with two (2) option years. Wage Determination # 2015-4143 REV. 13 Applies This is a sole source procurement with Oxford Instruments, however, all responsible proposals will be considered.
