The contractor shall furnish sufficient technical, supervisory,and administrative personnel to ensure the expeditious accomplishment of the work specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor will respond on an as needed basis. Additionally, the contractor shall furnish all services, materials, supplies, equipment and travel required in connection with the SOW.
