Provide services to fulfill Watervliet Arsenal requirements for a Responsible level 3 in the Non-Destructive discipline of Ultrasonic Inspection. Contractor shall be ASNT certified Level III in Ultrasonic Inspection Shall have experience with automated Immersion Ultrasonic inspection systems. Shall be familiar with computer UT software programs used at WVA, Socomate USPC 7100, Masterscan and Winscan Analysis or similar software. Must be able to create new and modify current scan plans. Develop and write component procedures and work instructions for new production items. Review/edit for acceptance procedures written by WVA level II personnel Contractor will be responsible for determining whether individuals are qualified for certification.
