REVISED SCOPE OF WORK GEARS #10268996 (Dated 8/6/2019) Contractor will provide all labor, equipment and materials for the following: 1. Provide a written ("Word" document) Life Cycle Assessment for identified priority production machines (407 panels, as listed on the Attachment "Priority Spare Parts.xls) for electronic control equipment (Rockwell Automation and Third Party Repairable product) and spare parts. 2. This written assessment will include; PLC and associated power supply/chassis, I/O, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) only 3. Contractor will provide a written ("Word" document) listing of control equipment with a breakdown showing equipment within its life cycle, equipment nearing the end of its life cycle support and a listing of equipment beyond life cycle support. 4. Contractor will provide written ("Word" document) suggested updated replacement equipment (only equipment in reference to Item 2) with pricing for budgetary purposes only.
