To cover the cost of all labor, material, equipment, facilities, supervision and all related costs to clean conventional and numerical control machine tools (i.e. lathes, hones, guide bores, milling centers, and grinders) at Watervliet Arsenal in accordance with Performance Work Statement Machine Cleaning Services. Clean has been defined as "Standard clean" is given by the designated Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) conducting a White Rag Test. The cost to use a lift will be determined with each order and added "AT COST PLUS 5%". The list of machines is incorporated by reference and provides a list of machines if possibly need of cleaning through the life of the contract. These machines are broken down into six size categories: Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, 2X, and 3X. Machines will be moved or new machines with the same name and dimension may be added with agreement of both parties. Foundation Cleaning cost is requested per sqft.
