This procurement is to provide all labor, material, parts and equipment required for the renovation of two restrooms located in Building 25 Third Floor. Project work involves the removal and replacement of all interior finishes, hardware and equipment in Building 25 Third Floor Rooms 312 & 314. Restroom renovations shall be performed in accordance with 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design, rendering each restroom fully ADA compliant. All work will be performed in accordance with Statement of Work. It is estimated the request for quote will be issued on April 5, 2019. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications. One or more of these items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for service disabled veteran owned small business concerns. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov and will be listed under Army Contracting Command ACC-Warren (ACC-WRN) (WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
