The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) in Warren, MI, proposes to release a solicitation (W911PT-19-R-0003) for a broad range of minor construction projects to support real property sustainment, restoration, modernization, repair and minor construction of buildings, structures and other real property at Watervliet Arsenal (WVA) in Albany, NY. These tasks are typical projects performed in a variety of trades including carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, interior electrical, exterior electrical, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC), fire protection, telecommunications, steam fitting, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete masonry and welding.
