LPS Qubit Collaboratory (LQC)

Notice ID:W911NF21S0009

The U.S. Army Research Office and NSA’s Laboratory for Physical Sciences are soliciting research proposals for the LPS Qubit Collaboratory to advance fundamental qubit research and develop the quantum workforce. The program seeks three categories of proposals: Incubator projects for initial concept development, multi-year Collaboration projects for focused team research, and Fellowships for U.S. citizen graduate students and postdoctoral researchers. The primary technical focus is on overcoming long-term challenges in quantum information science, such as qubit performance, materials, and control systems. Collaborative research will be performed with partners at the Laboratory for Physical Sciences and other participating institutions. The goal is to foster partnerships between the public and private sectors to solve difficult problems in quantum computing and related technologies.
