**PLEASE REVIEW THE CALL FOR SOLUTIONS AND PROBLEM STATEMENT ATTACHED TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR DETAILS. WHITEPAPER SUBMISSIONS ARE DUE BY 4:00 PM EST ON 11 MARCH 2022.** **Revision posted 7 March 2022 to update the attachments. Changes include the following: -Problem Statement: Update 2nd sentence of part V. Expectations for industry partner current capabilities and prior experience on page 5 to read as follows: "The partner must know and understand the breadth of policies and procedures associated with force design and software development innovation." -To facilitate timely responses prior to whitepaper submission, questions received after 4:00 PM Central Standard Time on March 8, 2022 may not receive a response. No other changes are incorporated in this revision.** **Revision posted 6 March 2022 to update the attachments. Changes include the following: -Call for Solutions: correct the anticipated award date. -Problem Statement: update the first paragraph of page 2 to read as follows: "Currently, the SWF anticipates a sustained scale of operations of at least 200 soldiers in training and split into application development teams by March 2024, at which time soldier training efforts are expected to reach initial self-sustaining pilot efforts, with the SWF continuing to prototype the force design and scaled sustainment within the Army as an organization into 2026. The Army anticipates full integration of scaled SWF and soldier application team operations during 2026. Consistent with the SWF’s prototyping and scaling mission, this baseline expectation is expected to scale up over time across the Army and outside of the SWF. Potential scaling and integration of the SWF and soldier application team utilization across and into the Army should be considered in approaches to accomplish this Problem Statement." No other changes are incorporated in this revision.** The scope of this effort is to collaboratively develop an unprecedented prototype business transformation model and process that simultaneously applies and transforms industry and government practices in a continuously sustainable way. There is a strong emphasis on providing an adaptive and responsive model for a military-industry hybrid organization.
