The contractor shall provide all, labor, material, parts, and equipment necessary to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and perform unscheduled emergency and non-emergency repair on Explosion Protection Systems on Letterkenny Army Depot. All maintenance and repair shall be performed in accordance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. The contractor shall perform to the standards as defined in this PWS, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished.
