Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a hybrid, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Time-and-Materials/Labor Hour (T&M/LH) service contract to calibrate and repair various pieces of electronic test equipment. The period of performance of this contract will include one (1) base year and two (2) option years. The procurement will be 100% set-aside for small business. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 811210 – Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maitenance, the size standard is $34 Million, and the service code is J066 – Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment- Instruments and Laboratory Equipment. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. This requirement will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. Solicitation number W911N225QA020 has a closing date 10 October 2025. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date.
