Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole-source hybrid firm-fixed-price and time-and-materials requirements contract to General Dynamics Mission Systems for recapitalizing and repairing Switch Multiplexer Units and evaluating and repairing Circuit Card Assemblies. The contract will include a one-year base period and two option years, with delivery FOB destination to Letterkenny Army Depot and an anticipated award date of December 1, 2026. The Government does not possess the technical data package because it is proprietary to GDMS, supporting the sole-source determination that only one responsible source will satisfy the requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 811210 with a $34 million size standard, and the PSC is J010 for maintenance/repair/rebuild of weapons equipment. The solicitation is expected to be released on or about September 18, 2026, using simplified procedures, and responsible sources may submit quotations.
